Minimum Service Levels
The following outlines the technology infrastructure designed to deliver worry-free performance to Membee users and their members. Membee is pleased to provide the following Minimum Service Levels:
- 99% guaranteed up time.
- 48 hours advanced notice of scheduled system maintenance.
- Data back up services.
- Daily incremental back ups to facilitate expedited recovery in the unlikely scenario of a catastrophic hardware failure resulting in a corruption of your data.
- Weekly full backups are performed and retained for 7 days.
- Financial service level remedies available in the unlikely event of a system failure.

Professionally Managed Hosting & Infrastructure
Membee’s data is hosted and secured by the world-leading data center, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Privacy Protection
The secure environment and services provided by AWS guarantees a highly secure platform for all Membee services.
The AWS infrastructure puts strong safeguards in place to help protect the privacy of data. All data is stored in secure AWS data centers and AWS implements the following certifications and audits:
- SOC 1/ISAE 3402, SOC 2, SOC 3
- FISMA, DIACAP, and FedRAMP
- PCI DSS Level 1
- ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018
Data Backups
Backups are completed to further safeguard your data:
- Differential backups are completed on a nightly basis and are stored in the live environment
- Full backups are completed weekly and are copied to an Amazon S3 datastore located in another data center
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
PCI DSS is a set of security standards that are designed to ensure that companies who accept, process, transmit, or store credit card information follow these technical and operational requirements. PCI DSS is designed and enforced to safely secure payment data for all merchant and vendors.

With Membee, credit card data is always stored and processed by your payment gateway. Your payment gateway holds the responsibility to be PCI Compliant as Membee does not store or process credit card information. However, we’ve taken the extra step to be secured and PCI Compliant to best protect the safety and security of your member’s data.
Membee’s PCI DSS Compliancy
Membee conducts quarterly system scans as part of the Automated Vulnerability Scanning (AVS) program to ensure ongoing PCI DSS compliance. These scans help identify and address any security vulnerabilities in our systems, protecting sensitive payment card data and maintaining a strong security posture, and ensure Membee maintains PCI DSS Compliancy.
