If you received a message telling you that you need to enable third party cookies the information below provides the details you need to know in order to log in.

Your membership organization uses Membee as its membership system. In order to log in and maintain your login during your browsing session, the use of a third party cookie is required.

This third party cookie is used to manage your log in so that you are able to access member only content and features offered by the organization that you are a member of. Your personal information is never sold, rented, shared or otherwise made available to any outside parties.

In most browsers, you can add Membee as an exception and allow third party cookies just from Membee. You can find details on how to enable third-party cookies for Membee below.

If you’re having trouble logging into your membership, please contact the organization you have a membership with as they would be able to best assist you.

Enabling Cookies on Google Chrome (PC, macOS, & iOS)

On PC (Windows)
  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots at the top right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Click “Privacy and Security”.
  5. Select “Cookies and other site data”.
  6. In the Customized behaviors section, under “sites that can always use cookies”, choose “Add”.
  7. Add the following URLs:
    1. Your website’s URL (i.e. yourdomain.com)
    2. Enter the URL “memberservices.membee.com”
  8. Click Add.
On macOS
  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click “Chrome” at the top and select “Preferences”.
  3. Click “Privacy and Security”.
  4. Select “Cookies and other site data”.

Enabling Cookies on Safari (macOS & iOS)

On macOS

Safari has deprecated the ability to allow cookies from specific sites and the only option is to enable all third-party cookies.

  1. Go to Safari.
  2. Click “Safari” at the top and select “Preferences”.
  3. Select the “Privacy” tab and ensure the settings show:
    • Block all cookies” is unchecked.
    • Prevent cross-site tracking” is unchecked.
  4. Restart your browser.
On iOS (iPhones, iPads)

Safari has deprecated the ability to allow cookies from specific sites and the only option is to enable all third-party cookies.

  1. Go to your Settings App.
  2. Scroll down and select Safari.
  3. Under Privacy & Security, turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and “Block All Cookies”.
  4. Restart your browser.

Enabling Cookies on Firefox (PC & macOS)

On a PC
  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the menu option with the three lines at the top right corner.
  3. Select “Settings”.
  4. Click “Privacy & Security”.
  5. Under the Cookies and Site Data section, click “Manage Exceptions”.
  6. In the Address of website, enter “memberservices.membee.com” and click “Allow”.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. Restart your browser.
On macOS
  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click “Firefox” at the top and select “Preferences”.
  3. Click “Privacy & Security”.
  4. Under the Cookies and Site Data section, click “Manage Exceptions”.
  5. In the Address of website, enter “memberservices.membee.com” and click “Allow”.
  6. Save your changes.

Enabling Cookies on Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the three dots at the top right corner.
  3. Select “Settings”.
  4. Click “Cookies and site permissions” on the left menu.
  5. Choose “Manage and delete cookies and site data”.
  6. In the Allow section, click “Add”.
  7. Enter the URL “memberservices.membee.com” and click “Add”.
