Members Are Required to Login First

In order for Membee to pull up the right profile information, a member must use their login to access their personal or the company’s information.

If an organization (company, club, family) has multiple contacts, each contact has their own login information.

A Hive Hint:

Have a company with multiple contacts or employees, but only one person should be able to update the company’s information?

Delegate administrator rights to a contact, and the rest won’t have access to the company information! Look for Profile Maintenance Rights on a contact’s record!

All Profile Updates Are Tracked

When a member updates their profile information, the change is tracked under their member record in Membee.

In addition, an email notification can be sent to administrators with the changes made.
