Offer Exclusive Event Pricing to Specific Members

Start offering special event pricing to members in a specific membership level or to members who are in a specific category or parameter. With Membee’s special event pricing, you can effectively display the different event benefits of each membership type and pull members into new membership opportunities.

When to Use Exclusive Event Pricing

Members-only event pricing is simple. You can take it to the next level and offer exclusive pricing to specific memberships! There are many great reasons why:

  • Tangible benefit that increases member retention

  • Use a custom parameter to offer lower registration fees to particular subsets. For example, members categorized under “Accountants”

  • VIP members with higher membership fees can receive significant event registration discounts

  • Incentive to upgrade for lower-tiered members

  • Membership tiers are tied to their profile. Members who downgrade or cancel will lose access to the exclusive price

What Visitors Will See

In order to keep the exclusive pricing secured, members must login. Membee can validate the criteria once they login.

1) Visit Page

The visitor will first view the event page to see the event details and registration options. In this case, the Platinum Members registration. If a member is not logged in, they will see the Login option

2) Prompt For Login

If a member is in good standing and has a valid login, they can proceed to log in.

Non-members or lapsed members will not have a valid login and cannot proceed beyond this point.

3a) Qualified

If the member meets the exclusive pricing criteria, for example, the Platinum status, then they can proceed to register at the discounted rate.

3b) Not Qualified

If the member does not meet the criteria for the exclusive pricing, for example, they have Bronze status and Platinum status is required, then it will show No Access.

Encourage Membership Upgrades

When a member sees No Access for an exclusive price, a message appears to learn more about why they don’t have access:

  • You can customize and control the messaging for each event item

  • Provide direction on how they can upgrade their membership
