Pesky Little Bug Fixes
When Upcoming Events appear in the event widget list, the expanded information (? icon) does not show the address information

If an event was set as a featured event, clicking on the ? for the event when it appeared in a list of featured events did not show the address information for the event. This has been fixed.
If a member had a pending cancellation, their renewal invoice could still be posted

If a member cancelled their membership prior to the end of their currently paid period, it was possible that the invoice for their renewal would be posted. This has been fixed
Running a participation report could return an error

If no records were returned when running the Participation report, an error was generated when exporting the CSV. This has been resolved.
The “Is not” setting for views was not working

Creating a view and by setting a filter to “Is not” so the records returned did not meet specific criteria was not working. This has been fixed.
Some notes were not showing up in Membee

Some notes were showing as assigned to the wrong person

It was possible for a note to show the wrong “Assigned to” note. We corrected this, so that the right name will always show.
Error when selecting a note right after a new record is added

If you collect a file(s) as part of a new member sign-up form and the applicant uploaded a file, but did not complete the application, a note to file with the file uploaded was created. Clicking on this note would cause an error. This has been corrected so that if an application is not submitted the file the applicant uploaded is not saved in Membee.
You could run into an error when running the Unallocated Credits report

The Unallocated Credits report will no longer generate an error when the State filter is set.
Links to new members and community events that need to be approved opened in Membee Classic instead of Membee

If you have Membee set up so that you review and approve new membership and/or accept community events, the link in the email that Membee sends you to alert you that a new membership or community event has been submitted was opening to the record in Membee Classic instead of Membee. This has been fixed.

Window is too large when choosing a new billing contact

Declined credit card information disappears

The merge field wasn't working for retention & milestone email templates

A duplicate payment was possible when a member waiting approval re-submitted an application

Some logos weren’t showing up in the online directory

You were able to edit a payment made via a non-credit card method to be recorded as a credit card method

An offline payment (such as cheque) can no longer be edited and to switch the type to “Charge to Credit Card” or “Use Stored Credit Card” as this caused issues with the payment.
You could not scroll through the full list of search results in Admin

The “Status” field showed up when editing the Current Period if you just activated the membership

The Back to Calendar link could be missing & the event category legend opened to membee.com on the events calendar

Setting up a view using “is not” filtering would cause an error

If you set up a View with more than one “is not” filter, an error was generated. This has been resolved.
You could not close the search results window when entering a hyphen for phone numbers

If you used a hyphen, for example searching on a phone number by entering a value such as 555-555-5555 you were unable to close the search screen. This has been fixed.
The setting “Tax Exempt” was missing from Membee

The setting Tax Exempt was not available in Membee. This has been fixed and now is an option to turn on in the Core Panel and is displayed in the Billing Information panel found in the Flex area.
If a category had a number in it, no results were returned when searching for that category in Membee

When searching for a category in the Main category field, searching for a value in a multi-word text, for example Drywall and Construction would not return any results. This has been fixed
Making payment adjustments could result in the display of an incorrect balance

You could run into an error using “Push to Constant Contact”

If you were using the Push to Constant Contact feature with a person view it was possible if you had people with multiple employers to run into an error. This has been fixed.
What Does “(FB ####, FD ####)” Mean?
These are the tracking IDs as a bug fix or enhancement works its way through our internal processes. FogBugz (FB) is the system we use to track and prioritize enhancements and fixes in our development process. Freshdesk (FD) our awesome help desk system that you use to submit tickets to Membee customer service.
Sometimes, the bug fix or enhancement is generated by us in which case you won’t see a “FD” number in addition to the FB number noted.
Freshdesk and FogBugz are integrated which makes fast and easy from us to quickly promote something coming in from a client (through Freshdesk) to FogBugz for evaluation and the assigning of a priority by our Development team.
