The milestone automations can use the Join Date of the new member to send automated emails.

2 Months after Joining: Promote your directory and point them to the online member profile to update their listing
3 Months after Joining: Share your secured members only area and promote what they can access as a member
4 Months after Joining: Promote a list of affiliated vendors where they can use their member benefits for discounts
5 Months after Joining: Promote any upcoming events and sponsorship opportunities. Offer another promo code too!
6 Months after Joining: Offer any open committees that they can volunteer in
Send unique communication to specific groups of members using:

With the filtering options, you may have a group of members that you send or mail specialized packages.

Disable the email to the member
Setup the automation to email you a list
You send a specialized welcome package to new Platinum status members a week after their join date.
Receive an email notification with a downloadable report that lists these new members for you.
You can send anniversary emails to your members to congratulate them for another year!
This uses the Join Date to determine their membership anniversary.
