To look back on your payment history, the Subscription Page includes details about your previous subscription payments for your convenience.
To view this, follow the instructions below:
- In Membee, click your avatar at the top right and go to Subscription.
- Under Billing History, you will see a table of past subscription payments with the following details:
- Due date of the subscription (e.g. August 1, 2019).
- Period of the subscription (e.g. August 1, 2019 – August 31, 2019).
- Invoice number of the subscription.
- Amount of the subscription (e.g. $154.00).
- Balance remaining for this subscription.
- Print option if you would like to print or save a receipt.
- If you have more than 3 previous subscription payments in the past, you will see a page counter under the Billing History details. You can flip to the next page by clicking Next or the page number.
